Isaac Kamsin, Founder & President
Isaac founded Novo in 2004 while still in high school, though this was hardly his first business venture. He started his first “business” in 7th grade, buying Laffy Taffy’s for 10 cents at the corner store near his house and selling them to kids on the bus for a quarter. He still loves a good Laffy Taffy now and then (cherry please). Isaac earned a Bachelors degree in Business with concentrations in Marketing and Economics in 2009.When he’s not staring at a computer screen, Isaac is most likely talking about computers, awesome UX design (he’s a nerd through and through), or encouraging a friend to pursue a business idea or Kickstarter project.

Levi Deiss, Director of Business Development
A native born Minnesotan, Levi graduated from Northwestern College with a degree in Business Management. Levi spreads the word of what Novo can offer companies and keeps our sales pipeline full. We love working with Levi because he brings boundless energy to Novo. You’ll never meet anyone more passionate about business, problem solving and serving our clients than Levi. When he’s not working to delight new clients, you can find him traveling, riding his motorcycle, or enjoying the handful of nice Minnesota days playing some beach volleyball.

Jake Evangelist, SEO Strategy & Execution Expert
Jake is our resident Google-ologist. His obsession with data crunching makes him a natural fit at Novo. He holds an associates degree in Information Technology and is currently pursuing a Project Management certification. When he’s not reading up on the many changes Google throws his way, you’ll find him studying different project management and execution strategies. Away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, heading to the beach, and playing softball.

Alexander (Alxndr) Jones, Lead Designer
Alexander is Novo’s graphic designer, illustrator, and general creative. He graduated from Minneapolis College of Art and Design with a degree in Design, and has worked at Carmichael Lynch and 8/7central, among other places, before coming to his senses and joining us at Novo. Alexander also has a passion for printmaking and is driven by simple & smart design with a greater purpose.
Cullen Murphy, Lead Developer
Cullen is our code ninja. When he is not programming new devices, he’s dreaming about the next one. A recent addition to our team, Cullen is more than just an asset- he’s a genius. Cullen has knowledge in multiple computer programming languages: Python, Java, XHTML, Javascript, MySQL, C, Ruby on Rails, and PHP. He has also worked on Android apps. I don’t know if you want to call him a Jack of all trades… but he sure is a master of all.
